28th annual Jamaica JAMS arts & music festival in Jamaica, Queens. Friday night features the JAMS Under the Stars concert starting at 6pm at Rufus King Park, with a giant street fair on Saturday from 11am-7pm, held along Jamaica Ave – between Parson Blvd & 170th St.
