26th annual Jamaica JAMS arts & music festival in Jamaica, Queens. Friday night features the JAMS Under the Stars concert starting at 6pm, with a giant street fair from 11am-6pm on Saturday, held along Jamaica Ave – between Parson Blvd & 169th St.
