Large annual springtime street fair sponsored by the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. The “Shop Small Biz” Street Fair takes place along 2nd Ave in the Upper East Side, between 68th & 86th Streets. Hours are 10am – 6pm. Entertainment, vendors, food, and more! Stroll the avenue and support small businesses!
