Annual springtime street fair sponsored by the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. The event takes place along 2nd Ave in the Upper East Side, between 66th & 86th Streets. Hours are 10am – 6pm. Proceeds are donated to nonprofit organizations in the surrounding community.
