The 65th annual Mattituck Strawberry Festival, hosted by the Mattituck Lions Club, will take place from Thursday June 13th through Sunday, June 16th.
The festival coincides with the peak of strawberry growing season and features strawberry related exhibits and a wide selection of strawberry treats such as shortcake, daiquiris, pie, chocolate dipped berries, and more.
The Strawberry Festival also features a midway with carnival rides and games for all ages by Reithoffer Shows, live music and entertainment, fireworks, contests, Strawberry Queen pageant, and arts & crafts vendors.
Fireworks will be held on three nights of the festival and include a “Lite” Fireworks show at 9:15pm on Thursday, a “Great” fireworks show at 10pm on Friday, and the Grand Finale fireworks show on Saturday at 10:15pm.
Pay one Price carnival ride wristbands are available each day. Wristbands are $25 each on Thursday, and $30 each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. On Saturday, the festival will have two wristband sessions: one from opening – 5pm and the second from 5pm – close. Individual ride tickets are available everyday.
