The Kiwanis Club of Astoria will be hosting the 2019 31st Street Festival on Sunday, April 7th, located along 31st St between Ditmars Boulevard and 21st Ave. The festival will have carnival rides for kids, lot’s of delicious food, retail vendors, FDNY fire safety demonstration, and more.
