โจ Update: Ulster County Fair 2018 - New Paltz, NY
A family-fun tradition since 1886, the Ulster County Fair features midway rides and games, concerts, Robinson’s Racing Pigs, Two by Two educational petting zoo, Butterfly Experience, Wednesday night fireworks, horse shows, livestock shows, truck and tractor pulls, chainsaw carving champion Josh Landry, The Moogician show, 4-H and community exhibits, wool spinning and weaving demonstrations, favorite fair food and more.
Headline concert acts are Thunder Ridge (7 pm Tuesday); Billy Bob Thornton and the Boxmasters (8 pm Wednesday); The Charlie Daniels Band (8 pm Thursday); Keith Anderson (4 pm and 8 pm Friday); Jenny Tolman (7 pm Saturday); Cale Dodds (8 pm Saturday); and Journey former lead singer Steve Augeri (5:30 pm Sunday).
Other events include the Garden Tractor Pull (6 pm Tuesday); Horse Shows (Wednesday – Sunday); Truck Pull (7 pm Thursday); Antique Tractor Pull (6 pm Friday); and Baby Contest (11 am Sunday).
Unlimited midway rides, shows and entertainment are all included with pay-one-price fair admission.
Dreamland Amusements midway hours are 4 – 11 pm Tuesday, 11 am – 11 pm Wednesday – Saturday and 11 am – 9 pm Sunday. For more information, call 866-666-3247.

Admission
- Tuesday: $50 per vehicle (up to 8 occupants) on Carload Night
- Wednesday – Sunday: $17 per person (adults and children 36 inches and taller)
- Thursday: Free for seniors ages 62 and older until 4 pm on Senior Day
